This is one fancy looking tool, it really lives up to the hype. The fit and finish of the parts is flawless and perfectly smooth, I have had no issues with this snagging or getting caught on the rope in my testing. Every part of this product seems high quality, from the packaging and carry case to the actual fid itself, the whole kit looks and feels amazing! The wire grip is quite grippy and seems to work well, I really appreciate that they included the laser etched information on there, as I'm certain I'd forget it when I needed it most! I also like that the carrying case for the fid has a third pouch in it that can hold somthing else small, personally I find a marker fits here well, and is quite useful to make marks during winch line repair! Overall, I'm super happy with this product, Factor55 continues to impress.
