Their specifications:

This pump performed well in our initial shakedown. I didn't time it but it inflated my 31" tire from ~12 PSI back to ~31 PSI faster than I expected. I like it, and if it holds up well in the near future I will likely find a spot to mount it under the hood. The inflator tube it comes with is a bit lacking, the gauge feels cheap, and I'm not a huge fan of the screw on connector, but the pump itself seems quite nice. I like the battery clamps it comes with as well, and the included carry bag is a nice touch. So far, I'm impressed! It's not as nice or compact as my old now-broken ARB pump, but from memory it seems almost as fast. Quite nice for the price. I look forward to being able to deflate on the trail again, and to trying the compressor some more.

Why Am I Looking For a Compressor?
Besides being useful in the case of an accidental flat tire, a compressor allows you to air down before you hit the trails, I talk about the benefits of that here: Airing Down

Quick Update: I really lucked out getting this when I did, one of our non-Jeeps had low winter tires, and the XJ has a flat from running over a big nail, and finally my powertank hose cracked into two pieces, leaving me with no other inflator. Anyways, this brings up two points: Always check on your equipment and replace worn parts like hoses; and the Harbor Freight Tire Inflator is still doing really well for me. The guage is way not accurate, but it is consistent, so with some practice and a little guesswork I get pretty close to the pressure I was aiming for
